Amy Poehler (this glorious sunshine of a woman) took to her YouTube channel, SmartGirls, to answer a question on her segment “Ask Amy,” where she answered a girl’s question about stress and how to handle it.

This is a good answer that I need to start following myself. I’ll be going to Amy Poehler for all the advice I need from now on.
