final thought: it’s a horrific fucking act of collusion with heteropatriarchy that the government will hunt down and destroy an athlete who has voluntarily doped—but has jack. fucking. shit. to say about the continuous coverup and looking the other way at sexual violence that has happened *throughout* the sporting world, but most specifically at this point, penn state.
that there was a *pedophile* ring operating in through the university—that the Bush family is somehow connected to it, that we’ve seen sexual violence *continuously* covered up, dismissed, or outright fucking *accepted* and condoned—
and the US government can’t even fucking call a HEARING on it—much less dedicate a force to hunting people down and prosecuting them, as they’ve done with doping—
is a fucking travesty of justice.
